Ak Inovex will patent new plastic recycling technology
Mexican company has developed new plastic recycling methods without applying water.
Nowadays plastic became an essential part of our life. Its features allow implementing it into various areas still plastic has a huge disadvantage. Plastic reduction process is very slow and that is why the recycling problem is so urgent.
Unfortunately the plastic recycling process needs large amount o water and energy. First it needs washing with detergents, grinding, drying at the high temperature for crystallization and then cooling down by the cold water.
Marco Adam, CEO and founder of Ak Inovex company announced his specialists applied for plastic new recycling technologies patent. This technology need no water and uses a half of the used in other technologies energy amount. Still the produced granules have the same quality and that makes the recycling process less expensive and environmental safe.
New system uses special contact surface able both to make the required granule during the contact with plastic and to cool them down. So the dehydration process is not need any more as it was used as the granules could absorb the water without it and the crystallization process might not be possible.
The new technology makes the process multifunctional. As a result such plastic types as ABC-plastic, polystirol and foam polystyrene can be processed together. That made the processing line more space effective.
Now the Ak Inovex company works on cutting the costs due to replace the common used for washing alkali by special biodetergents. ALINSA GROUP company shows great support in this work. This company produces green washing products using biodecompounding chemical elements.
