WOODEN HOUSE

For our houses we use Canadian Spruce, Russian Pine and Chinese Fir. To ensure that it would have satisfactory endurance to weathering and pest, we coat the timber with anti- weathering paint.

During production, the wood we use is pre-treated for termite resistance. We follow strict suffocation & steam treatment, to enhance the quality of timber we use, and reduce moisture to the minimal level, to avoid any distortion in the wood. The quality control people are trained to process and polish every component with extreme care. Examination at various stages is done to assure the quality of the product.
At the aspect of painting, we choose natural Teak oil which is environment friendly and harmless to human beings. Natural drying process is used to assure that the Teak oil is completely absorbed into the timber surface, to give long life to the wood.

Before delivery, we assemble the products and the dissemble them with markings and numbers so that our customers can easily assemble the houses at the location. This is to ensure no problem would occur while installation at the user’s end.
In the process of packaging, another QC station will be set up to make sure that the products which have passed the quality test and approved by the QC department are packed for further delivery to our customers.
A degree of accessibility and makeshift quality are key to the company.
