Analytics of Ukrainian biofuel portal pellets-wood.com considers that prices fell due to many reasons. The key facts are warm winter, reduced demand for wood pellets, falling prices for traditional energy sources such as oil and natural gas and of course the fact that American producers increased export costs by 10 per cent. Strong influence had the information about enlargement pellet production in USA including Portucel Group announcement of a new plant construction.
