Wind and Idaho Power Company will start

US leading replenishable energy company First Wind will deliver clean energy to Idaho consumers. New solar electric plant will produce 100 MW.

"First Wind" is anchor US company with HQ in Boston and it’s focused on the elaboration, reimbursement, building, possession and operation of utility-scale replenishable energy projects. For the moment "First Wind" operates four projects in Massachusetts, and has some objects in development in Hawaii and Utah. "First Wind" is operating or building replenishable energy projects across the country, with total power output of nearly 1,300 megawatts (MW) – enough to supply electric power more than 375,000 homesteads each year.

Paul Gaynor, executive director of "First Wind" said that Idaho Public Utilities Commission has approved Energy Sale Agreements with five proposed solar projects and the Idaho Power Company. Each project should be finished by the end of the next year. According to contract terms, each gross station output will be 20 MW. The five projects in the aggregate are expected to generate around 250,000 MW hours early – enough to supply power the equivalent of nearly 30,000 homes. This long-standing contracts with Idaho Power Company will enable to create a source of major domestic activity for Idaho through good construction jobs and constituent increase in charges.
