International Conference on Next Generation Technologies for Bioenergy and Biomass Utilisation

This International Conference will feature world-class scientists and top industry leaders converging in Singapore to share information and exchange ideas. The topics covered will range from current scientific research on optimisation of biomass resources to the latest conversion technology platforms for next generation biofuels and bio-derived chemicals and different business models for commercialisation of biofuels. Legislation issues and investors’ views in this area of green technology will also be discussed.

Besides presentations and posters exhibition, the organising committee has also specially organised a tour to our Jatropha Research Station located in North-West of Singapore. In this research station, we will be showcasing many variants of Jatropha curcas jointly developed by scientists from TLL and JOil, and introducing systematic breeding process for this promising biofuel feedstock plant.
