Looking for 2000 MT per month of UCO CIF Rostock or Hamburg

We are working direct with a Buyer and currently looking for 2000 MT per month of Used Cooking Oil (UCO) CIF Rostock or Hamburg (Germany). We are interested in long-term cooperation based on an annual contract with the possibility of its extension.
 Specifications and Documents needed as follows,
  Parameters:
  Colour - Brownish
  Odour – typical
  Saponifiable compounds - min. 98%
  Free Fatty Acids - max. 5%
  Iodine Value - min. 70 max. 140
  Sulphur max. 30 mg/kg
  Phosphorus - max.100 mg/kg
  Moisture, Insolubles & Unsaponifiables (MIU) - max. 2%
  Water max 5000 mg/kg
  Total contamination max 1000 mg/kg
  Proteins max 500 mg/kg
  Polyethylene - max 20 mg/kg
  For each delivery we need the following set of documents:
  1) Supplier/dealer of the UCO is certified (ISCC DE/ISCCEU or REDCert DE/REDCert EU)
  2) Shipping documents must contain the following data:

  •          Country of origin of waste/residues
  •          Name and address of supplier and recipient
  •          Date of issue
  •          Contract number for this delivery
  •          Kind of waste/residues according to the list of BLE with
 material code (in our cases: 20 01
            25 or 02 03 04 24)
  •          Amount in t bzw. m³
  •          Information as to whether the GHG emissions default value
 is used
  •          GHG emissions of biomass in kg CO2/tbiomass for eec / ep
 /etd (= 0kg CO2 eq/t)
  3) Documentation of waste Completely filled of the document "Annex VII" for transboundary deliveries.
