Looking to purchase felled Timber for the manufacture of wood chip pellets

My company is Australian based, and registered with the ASIC. We are looking to purchase felled Timber for the manufacture of wood chip pellets for one of our American clients.

On the forest or clients need to know the following ASAP.

1. Where is it? Because we need to get the felled timber to a port
delivered our can you quote a price FOB / CIF American Port.
2. Type of forest i.e . tree type(s)
3. Can they supply proof of authority to fell?
4. Is it FSC registered?
5. Can they do the felling and chipping?
6. What rate of supply could they achieve?
