Pini-kay wood briquettes

Our company produces and sells pini-kay fuel briquettes (tetrahedral type) from hardwood sawdust (beech, oak). Production is located in Transcarpathian region, Ukraine. Current production capacity is 88 tons a month with possibility to increase production volumes. Minimum ordering amount is one full truckload (FTL) of 22 tons.

Briquettes retain constant heat throughout the whole process of combustion burning (30 min) + decay (180 min). The amount of ash after combustion does not exceed 3-4% of the total fuel volume. For comparison coal leave 30% - 40%, wood - 8% - 15% of wastes. Fuel briquettes contain no harmful impurities and does not emit any toxic substances (Carbon oxide emissions is 10 times lower than from natural gas and 50 times lower than from coal). Compare to fresh wood that usually has humidity level of 50%, and calorific value of approximately 1930 kcal / kg,  briquettes has more than twice of energy efficiency with 4800 kcal/kg, and less than 8% of moisture. With this percentage of humidity, burning wood causes condensate to form in chimney. We cannot neglect the fact that the storage of firewood requires more space as density of briquettes compare to wood is almost three times lower.

Usage of briquettes does not require reconstruction of existing solid fuel heating equipment. Furnace can be cleaned less than once a year. Ash that remains can be used as a valuable, environmentally friendly fertilizer. Briquettes burns without sparks. The amount of smoke is low and does not cause allergic reactions, even for asthmatics

Packaging

One package (12 kg) contains 8 pieces of briquettes, 1.5 kg each, wrapped with shrink film. Pallet has 80 packages covered with stretch film and tied with polypropylene ribbon. Net weight of the pallet is 960kg.
