2.ORIGIN: Ukraine/China

3. QUANTITY: 12000 MT/monthly.

4. PACKAGING: BULK-FLEXITANK.

5. DURATION OF CONTRACT: 1 year after the signing date.

6. CURRENCY OF CONTRACT:United StatesDollars (USD).

7. TERMS: CIF - GDANSK/POLAND (according INCOTERMS 2010).

8. DELIVERY TIME: by agreement of the agreed contract.

9. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: monthly.

10. PAYMENT TERMS: 100% DocumentaryLC. Payment can be released against documents after delivery of goods to the destination place.

11. INSURANCE: The goods shall be insured by seller, at its own expense in one hundred ten percent (110%) of the value of the goods.

12. PROOF OF PRODUCT: Certificate by EUR.1.

13. INSPECTION: quality, quantity inspection by SGS, Saybolt, Intertek or equivalent.

14. PRODUCTS QUALITY: The quality of the product must be according to inspection certificate issued SGS or other world-class inspection and buyer upon reception can confirm that the commodity is in accordance with the technical specification.
