Specifications: See below ("quoted").  Please note that the specifications which are listed below, are not binding.  So long as the

                         product (the Oil) is certified by a recognized agency such as the appropriate one of the E.U., the offer will be considered and probably accepted.

Quantity: 50,000 Metric Tons (MT`s), per month, with a contract of one year at a time, for a total of 600,000 MT`s.

Packaging: Plastic (PET) bottles of one liter each.

Mode of Delivery: Containerized carton - boxes.

Destination: The port’s of Turkey

Quote: CIF (Cargo Insurance Freight).  Price at the  port of destination.

Time Frame: Present

Mode of Payment: 100% L/C.  (If required by the seller, the L/C can be confirmed).

Buyer`s Assurances:

 1) Bank to Bank arrangement of "Proof of Funds vs. Proof of Product"  (POF vs. POP).

 2) Issuance, by the Manufacturer / Seller, of a 2% Performance Bond (P.B.).

 3) Arrangement of Surveillance / Inspection by such an organization as SGS.

4) Possibly, permitting the Buyer to visit the Factory prior to Signing the  Contract.

Special Provisions: This buyer is likely to request a Private Label.  The buyer may request Photos of the Product   as well as Sample(s).
