PERFORMANCE BOND
The buyer shall open DLC MT700 within 5 banking days after Seller Company and Buyer Company seal charter party agreement and lodge the registered & Legalized contract with all shipping documents with their respective banks. The Seller will post the full Proof of Product and will transfer 2% Performance Bond in Buyer’s account, which will activate the Documentary L/C.
