Small pellet line

Mainly used for pelletizing wood and straw particles, also can pelletize city waste to RDF.

Characteristic:

1. Adapting kinds of materials including wood and straw particles, sawdust, mixture of biomass, rubbish derivate and pelletizing them. Pellets are smooth and firm, conform to European standard.
2. Compress all materials to pellets. Materials need to be crushed less than 8mm in the diameter;
3. Feeding screw by frequency inverter control feeding quantity;
4. Mixer feeds materials evenly to ensure molding pellets stably through cooperating with moisture measuring instrument, which can spray water and adjust material moisture automatically;
5. With two compression rollers design, which are made of super wear resistant metals. rollers? shell can be replaced. Gaps between rollers and ring die can be adjusted;
6. Super wear resistant ring die has different diameter hole available, it can be design compression ratio according different materials characteristics.
7. Cutting knife cut pellet to suitable length automatically;
8. Anti-overloading spindle ensures pellet mill operate safely and stably;

9. Self- lubricating grease add system. The system lubricates and cools automatically to ensure system work stably and sustainably;

10. Ring die can be replaced easily and equipped with ring die lifting equipments to replace spare parts quickly;

11. Its door is equipped with safety protection switch to ensure pellet mill can not be opened when working;

12. It is specially compact strong designed based on pressing characteristics of sawdust and straw stalk;
