EZ Own Program is a new type of client agreement, which does not require an advance payment for the supply of equipment and includes a comprehensive service, warranty, round the clock monitoring of the system during the term of the contract is 25 years.
Program participants receive a number of advantages over conventional equipment rental. The most important is the ability to install equipment in the context of a 30% federal tax credit. In addition, it involves the transfer of ownership of the equipment in case of sale of the house. In the case of ordinary lease equipment it is impossible and the company has the right to dismantle the panel, if the new owner of the house does not want to sign a lease. It is worth noting that in recent years the sale of home solar panels significantly increase its estimated cost, with this amount often exceeds the cost of the panel.
Main idea of the program is the possibility of free installation of solar panels, followed by a monthly subscription fee. Moreover, the costs per kilowatt-hour of this program significantly lower than existing fares. Thus, consumers are able to control your spending for a long time and are entitled to the early payment of the entire amount without any penalties.
The program applies only to subscribers of Sunnova company network and its partners. The company's management plans to initially launch it in California during the first quarter of this year and expand its geography the territory of other states as soon as possible.
