Trading firm from Warsaw is interested in buying wood pellets in Ukraine. I want to know what would be the terms of payment (letter of credit, payment after delivery etc.). If the product is compatible with our receiver's needs we could order up to 10 000 tonnes (or less). For the first time we would like to order a smaller quantity to make sure if the product matches our needs.

1) We could buy as much as 10 000 tonnes transported by a railway or a truck transport in big bags,

2) The preferable price is the lowest you can offer,

3) We prefer delayed payment up to 60 days,

4) We need your detailed specification of your product and also we would like you to send us a sample.
