1 - Any safe sea port in the world, non marine insurance is included, non inland transportation is included. Price USD 580/mt CIF

2 - Monthly capacity: 30,000mts per month, first comes first serves.

3 - Minimum order quantity: 5000 MT;

4 - Packing and deliveries: Single deliveries less than 1000 Mt will be made by flexitank in 20-foot container; Deliveries above 1000 Mt can be made by vessel tanker.

5 - Payment: By financial instruments DLC as: 100% fully funded Irrevocable, Transferable and Activated Documented Letter of Credit from top prime bank in the world (if partial shipment, transferable revolving DLC is required).  Payment to be released after SGS inspection at port of discharge is done and passed before customs clearance.

7 - Procedure:

Seller sends Soft Offer to the buyer.

If Soft Offer from seller is acceptable, buyer will issue an LOI with all the details for seller.

If LOI from buyer is acceptable, seller will issue a contract (SPA) for buyer to confirm the order.

After contract (SPA) is signed by both seller and buyer then the contract (SPA) will be the official document for buyer to open the LC to seller.

After LC is received at seller’s bank, seller will proceed with production accordingly.
