Vinnitsia city administration proceeds converting the boilers to the alternative heating in 2015
135 Vinnitsia state financed institutions were converted to alternative energy power and that is not the end.
As Raisa Pivtorak a vice deputy of housing and public services, power and infrastructure department of Vinnitsia district administration announced that during 2014 the district budget gave 50 mln hryvnias for the renewable energy sources implementation and provide educational, medical and social institutions with energy efficient equipment. 14 mln from this amount was a state budget grant. It helped to reduce the gas consumption last December in 1,3 mln cubic meters.
The new boilers installation work is in progress at 11 more public objects.
The planned gas saving in the district after the new complex start up will be about 7 mln cubic meters and save 40 mln hryvnias for the district budget.
Totally last year about 500 public organizations boilers were planned to convert to the renewable energy sources.
