My firm is representing a private Lender, who wishes to give out corporate, investment,business and other types of loans from under US$1 million to as much as US$ 5Billion. My Principal will not charge interest on the loan, but will take equity participation in the business venture. Therefore, please prepare and send Executive summaries (Business plans) which will detail the following: Funding amount in US$, JPY, or Euro; Project Executive Summary;Return on Investment (ROI); Equity participation/Profit sharing; Exit strategy, Memorandum of Understanding(MOU),etc..
