Pini - Kay briquette production project
The company which is the initiator of the project for the production and export sales of Pini & Kay fuel briquettes offers the partnership to the potential investor. The partnership starts from production and selling of fuel briquettes and lasts to the final stage of selling of the finished production site.
The project includes full cycle of wood processing:
- sawing up of round timber into edged boards;
- technological drying of sawn timber in drying kilns;
- timber processing on four side machine;
- making briquettes from sawdust using several briquetting presses;
- export sales of timber and briquettes.
It is provided using of band power-saw benches at the production site for sawing wood, purchased in nearby forestries.
There are also written agreements with the contracting parties for the supply of firewood that is twice cheaper than sawdust. It was purchased 400 cubic meters of round timber of deciduous breeds in 2013.

Project strength is the location
Location – the distance to the raw material bases (three forestries) is 35 km. The isolated area of 2.5 hectares with a small reservoir and stone entranceways. The production is located in the territory with high yield potential, both in case of exploitation of the territory according to the project purpose and the subsequent sale. The project area borders with the Chinese industrial park which is under construction, it is at the distance of 10 km from the international route M1 Moscow-Brest and 28 km from Minsk. The priority repurchase right of rented premises that located in the project area.
