Wood Pellet Boiler

Automatic fuel feeding floor heating systems have been designed in such a way that it can burn every type of coal,wood pellet,agropellet,wood chips,olive husks and fruit pips having the width of 25 mm. Our  boilers of high technology has been produced by means of special smoke tubes on a mono block body, special turbulators to increase the performance of the boiler, and totally welding construction. Our boilers do not involve the risk of smoke leakage from the fuel tank, which is involved in its look-alikes. The operational principles of our boilers; by means of being three instantaneous and having a funnel cape, it provides the arrangement of chimney haulage; these two constituents aim at 30%  saving from the fuel as a result of the heat that is kept inside.Thick cast material is used considering the max. heat while the burning room of the boiler is designed. This spans the life of the boiler.The isolation of the boiler has been produced from the glass wool isolation material and the heat loss has been reduced to the lowest level.Our products which have been guarantied for two years have been produced according to international standards in our facilities having TÜV CERT certificate and ( TSE, CE) ISO 9001:2000.The feature of our automatic feeding boilers is that fuel can not be added to the burned fuel, this procedure is realized from bottom to the top thanks to the feeder, and this makes flame contact with water directly and the heating duration is accelerated with the usage of coal. The product control is made totally with a digital control unit, moreover it provides a comfortable usage to the user thanks to its quality of being able to be added a room thermostat With the quality of being added boiler, it has the facility of having hot water.It serves to the users with the spread service net.

Ash Removal System

This system removes the ashes (cinders) which occur in the burning room out of the machine, into bags or ash boxes by means of combing out both sides of the burning pot with its two screw auger parts. This feature of the product provides the user comfort.
