A company needs to buy husk sunfpower pellets in bulk

We is interested in husk sunflower pellets in bulk with the following characteristics:

18-21 Mj/kg
ash: max. 4%
moistrure: max 9-10%
Sulphur: ​  ​  ​  ​  0,3-0,4%
Diameter: ​  ​  ​ 6-8mm.

Quantity needed is very large so give free capacity. We are looking and able to buy a quantity up to 3 million/MT.
We need SCO, CIF price for port ​ Szczecin/Poland, original certificates and analyzes of the pellets.
Payment terms are 100% LC/BG of top German bank.
