Buying 23t tones to Poland west

Our company is interested in purchasing high-quality ENplus A1 grade wood pellets for further distribution on the Polish market, particularly in the Gorzów Wielkopolski region.
We are looking for a proven and reliable manufacturer to establish a permanent, long-term cooperation.
We already have a group of interested buyers and plan to place regular orders. We would like to start our cooperation with a trial order:

• Quantity: 1 full truckload (FTL) – 24 tons.
• Quality grade: ENplus A1.
• Diameter: 6 mm.
• Raw material: 100% pure coniferous wood.
• Packaging: 15 kg bags.
• Pallets: secured with stretch wrap.

If the quality of the product meets our expectations, we plan to place regular monthly orders of a minimum of one truckload.

Please provide us with the following information:
1. Price and delivery terms
Please state the current price per ton of pellets in two options:

• DAP Price – including transport to Buszów postal code 66-510, Poland
• EXW Price – the price of the pellets without transport, with collection directly from your plant, if you do not offer delivery to Poland.

Please confirm whether the price includes the bags, pallets, and stretch-wrap protection.
2. Quality documentation
Please send us:

• A current ENplus A1 certificate.
• Up-to-date laboratory test results.
• Parameters regarding ash content, calorific value, moisture, and mechanical durability of the pellets.

3. Product photos
Please also send us current photos of the offered pellets, the 15 kg bags, packaging labels, and pallets prepared for transport.
We would like to see the actual appearance of the product and how it is packed.

4. Test samples
Is it possible to send us two 15 kg test bags via a courier service?
We are ready to cover the full shipping costs.

5. Payment terms
For the first trial order, we propose the following payment method:
An express bank wire transfer on the day of loading, right after our driver arrives at your facility, verifies the quality of the pellets on-site, and signs the international consignment note (CMR).
We care about secure and transparent cooperation terms that are beneficial to both parties.
If the first delivery is successful, we are interested in permanent, long-term cooperation and regular monthly orders.
