Buying grilling charcoal to Germany, CIF Cologne

Our company needs grilling charcoal for restaurants in Germany, we can start with 36 Tons monthly, the charcoal may be packed with 10 KG packets with my company logo and it must have European certificate.
My target price is 200-250 Euro CIF Cologne per 1 Ton.
