1. PRICE
1.The base price (BP) for the Goods sold under this contract is 120EUR per ton, on the basis of CIF (port of delivery) (INCOTERMS 2010) with a minimum net calorific value of 17 GJ net as received per one metric ton in April, May, June, July, August, September, October.
2.In winter time (from November till March) price can be adjusted in according with changes of the price for delivery.

2.QUALITY
1. The wood pellets supplied under this contract shall be manufactured from fresh wood fiber without any type of binder or other chemicals. Wood fiber is defined as sawdust and cutter shavings from coniferous wood.
2.The pellets shall have the quality parameters set forth in the Appendix №1. Pellet’s diameter is to be agreed upon 8 mm on a net calorific value of minimum 17 GJ net as received per one metric ton.
3.The Buyer or his appointed representative has a right to control the quality of Goods during the process of its production, to check weight, quantity and quality of the Goods at any time.
4.The arbitration sample shall be collected by SGS, further referred to as neutral Survey Company.
3.QUANTITY
1.Total quantity of Goods delivered under this Contract will be 30000 MT +/- 15%.
2.The Seller will deliver the Goods by vessel shipments in volume 2500MT per month +/- 15% (appendix no.2)
