Pelleting is a process to press finely pulverized material into firm mass of a required shape and size by extruding it through a metallic ring die.The raw material is delivered into the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder. Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die.

Pellet Machine adopts force feeder to increase the feeding speed which make capacity increase. Use imported bearings (NSK) & seals to get better transmission performance, stable operation, and reduced noise.Auto lubrication system ensures proper lubrication to all the bearings.spare parts:ring die and press rollers will work no less than 2000 hours.Our spares are readily available and can be supplied in shortest period of time to ensure that your Pellet Machine keeps running without any interruption.
