Winners of the 2009 Top Shelf Awards were announced March 18 at a ceremony during the 5th Annual Closets & Home Organization Conference & Expo in Schaumburg, IL. It was a lively event with guest emcee Pat Simpson, HGTV home expert, peppering the crowd with a touch of celebrity and humorous anecdotes.
