Hotmax is useful for starting or reviving a fire. Use a handful of Hotmax with a wood wool lighter in the center to get the fire going quickly. The fact that they’re a bit smaller than some of the other briquettes makes them great for quick heat and they’re brilliant for reviving a dying fire.
