Offer Description - Forest for sale - approx. 720 ha forest land

We offer for sale area of approx. 720 ha forest land, owned by members of our association. Our ancestors of the original property was about 1102 ha. From this mass of about 340 ha surface estate was sold to the Romanian state (through ROMSILVA) in 2007. At that time I had returned, or tabulated, all around the forest, which then carried out.

The forest is located in Mountain Călimani, 30 km from the city of Bistrita. We note that the forest is hunting fund "Black Hill" (one of the favorite funds dictator Ceausescu) with significant resources bear, deer, grouse and lynx, wild boar and deer and secondary.
Fund-range hunting in the forest near our protocol there are two huts, which are administered by ROMSILVA. The first cottage, called "Aluneasa", located 2 km from PROD Rasilez property was built in 1950 and was used by the leadership of the country at that time, especially Gheorghiu-Dej and Ion Gheorghe Maurer. It is worth noting that in 1958 the chalet "Aluneasa" Gheorghiu-Dej had as guest of honor on Nikita Khrushchev. Because remarkable trophies hunted on that occasion (and wine served at meals Lechinţa protocol), Khrushchev agreed to withdraw Soviet troops from Romania.
After 1970, Ceausescu was not satisfied with the chalet "Aluneasa" and ordered the construction of houses in November, called "Black Hill". Near the hut "Dealu Black" three tracks were built helicopter for easier access.
I inserted these issues to highlight that in addition to the amount of wood, the forest has a great potential hunting, hunting fund part of the most valuable in Europe, the brown bear.

The forest is crossed by several streams, of which mention Pescosu Lower Upper Pescosu, Pescărelu, Hell I Hell II, and most importantly, Stege (over which there is a forest road car). However Budac flows into the river, which delimits the property at its base. In Budac and Stege trout there important resources. Stream downstream of the confluence with Budac Stege, built a dam hydroelectric storage for a control unit (to be removed from sale by the Romanian state)

The forest consists of spruce (60%) and deciduous (40%).
