Offer Description - Fuel pellets from sunflower husk

We offer a constant supply of fuel pellets from sunflower husk. The company offers various logistics options: in bulk or packing in Big Bags (1 m * 1 m * 1.85 m, weighing one ton). Monthly volumes up to 10,000 tons.

Fuel pellets from sunflower husk are produced in accordance with TU. Pellets are environmentally friendly and the lowest cost heating alternative.

Another plus of sunflower husk pellets is the duration of burning: they burn for 100-130 minutes, and smolder from 6 to 8 hours. A significant plus is low ash content: after burning a kilogram of pellets, ash from a matchbox remains, within 4-7%), hence the large amount of heat that a unit of fuel emits: it burns out completely. Ash formed after combustion is an excellent fertilizer.

Heat transfer is 17000-19000 kJ per kilogram. This is more than the average values of wood and about the same as some types of coal give off heat during combustion.

In the production process, except for the husk itself, no binders or chemical additives are used. The result is biofuels that are environmentally friendly and non-allergic to humans.

When burning 2000 kg of pellets, the same amount of heat energy is released from the husk:
~ 3200 kg of wood
~ 957 m gas
~ 1000 l of diesel fuel
