Husk pellets are of interest, CIF/FOB

Our company buys sunflower husk pellets on a regular basis.Can you please supply the following information in your offer:
1. An analysis of your pellets including bulk density
2. from what port could they be shipped?
3. What annual tonnages would be available?
4. Can you provide both an FOB price your port and a CIF price in the Middle East - we will give you the name of the port
5. Could you ship 10,000 tonne loads?
6. When would the pellets be available?
7. Is the availability seasonal because of the sunflower growing season?
8. Can you please supply the quality certificate?
9. Can you supply the PHYSICAL spec of your pellets ie. length, width and hardness (because of going into a ship's hold)
