I buy wood pellets for animal as litter (Bedding)

I would like to buy pine pellets for litter.

* The ash content is not important, but below 2%.
* The color is not very dark, maybe cappuccino.
* Humidity maximum 10%.
* Packing: BIGBAG, 1000 kg / bag.
* Please send offer FCA and DAP too if possible.
* DAP: 5661 Újkigyos, Hungary.
* Terms os payment: by agreement.
* Quantity: 2-4 trucks/week, about 10 trucks/month.

I am interested in pellets close to Moscow or the Ukrainian border. (Bryansk and Orlov region)

To make my purchase, I need proof of legal logging for all truck.
