Interested in pellets from pure husk of sunflower, 20t min

We are interested in pellets from the pure husk of sunflower from the manufacturer in the amount of 20 tons.
This is our need for the season. Let's consider all offers where it is specified:

• What are the qualitative characteristics of pellets and is there a certificate?
• Where is the proposed shipping point?

I am interested in export prices (no VAT), as we are in Moldova.
If your proposal is attractive, the volumes can be increased.
We have a pellet producer on site, but we are not very satisfied with the price and quality.
