Interested in Refined sunflower oil from Brazil, CIF Puerto Rico

Refined Sunflower Oil from Brazil packed 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L to 25L, 50L, Flexi Tanks, bulk.
The price we are looking for is no more than $400/MT CIF San Juan, PR.
 Initial volume could be 50MT in test shipment. Then we can go up to 100MT monthly, then up to 200MT a month,
 and with a target to double that as we keep going. We will like to start with flexi tanks, and eventually try to work on bulk quantities.
100% L/C is our term, but if we can coordinate a on site inspection that can confirm us the product, we can work on 20% advance.
