We look for S4S finished/Smooth Sawn timber, KD with 18%MC (with +/-2%MC)
So we are interested to work with your company on the above three projects and we could offer you a regular monthly volume of about 150X40feet containers of orders after few trial supplies. We look forward your assurance for uninterrupted supply to my customers' orders through out the year with consistent quality and most economical pricing.
It is our policy that we will work through single window per country. So on commencement of our business venture we will not work with any other company from your country on sawn timber business. Similarly you are not supposed to do any direct business with any Indian customer/importer or you should not appoint another agent in India. So we will work as your only Indian agent against mutually agreed agency commission. Hope you will also understand the importance of the above terms to ensure an unambiguous, transparent, friendly and everlasting business co-operation between our companies.
