We need wood pellets for a plant, about 300K Tons per year as follows:
        - Net calorific value:5.3 ~5.5 kwh/kg
       - Moisture
       - Ash content
       - Chlorine content not more than 0.05% (as smaller as possible)
       - Packing: 1Ton/bag
Offer your best best USD prices of CIF/TaiChung besed on to start from 4,000 - 5,000Ton for trial order, if your quality to be same as your specifications, then we will increase to 20000~30000 Tons per month,   
Payment terms: Normally our current payment terms with others are 30% deposits while order confirmed, then 70% after shipment received and passed our SGS testing in Taiwan.
