Need wood pellets with a certificate of origin and ISCC certificate

Interested in buying wood pellets. The pellets must be 100% of Russian origin. We will need a solid proof of that.   

We will need a certificate of origin and ISCC certificate as well.  

If the supplier confirms they can provide the certificates, we can continue the discussions.   

Buyer ask also ISCC certificate (similar like FSC). If producer does not have that certificate right today, the we can  suggest buyes start buying without, till  producer manage that certificate for itself.  That not very long process. 

Most important the seller must prove that pellet not produced in Russia or in Belarus.
