I want to offer you Pellet from Lignin

Pellets from lignin - wood by-product from past bioethanol production. Material used was sawdust and wood chips. Now all this material stored in huge feedstocks. thats very positive because we don’t depend on sub suppliers of raw material. All raw material is our property. so its enough for 15 years supply by 100 000 MT annually from one stock. more over there several plant around so we plan extend production and build 2 more plants.

 pellets quality: Feedstock is FSC certified.

a. Higher calorific value. NCV 21 GJ/MT, thats more than usual pellets have (17 GJ/MT)

b. Higher bulk density (720-750 kg/m3) against wooden (600 kg/m3) that mean that same vessel can be loaded with more pellets

c. Hidrofobic properties. Don’t goes into mash after contacting with water. Thats make possible to store outside like coal.  Less losses during transportation. 

D.We have at our production site own power plant for steam production, and we did coal-pellets co-firing during summertime and finally now converted it to pellets. 

For test shipment we can offer CIF Gdynia - 160 EUR/MT. 

Supply annually - 100,000 MT
