flat die pellet mill is a new energy-efficient equipment which is designed  and developed by our company. It realized the purpose of dry out dry in of the feed and can finish pellets once. According to the appearance, the electric pellet press has two forms, normal type(B) and with fully covered electric motor(C). The highest capacity of wood pellet machine with electric motor can up to 800kg/ h. The appearance is small and exquisite, and can easily operate. What’s more, there are pinch rollers under the electric pellet press, which can move to different places according to the working needs. In addition, there is emergency stop button, when there is something disordered, the stop button can be started to outage and stop working. There are two models of electric motor, D-type and R-type.

D-type & R-type pellet press with electric motor

D-type mainly refers to rotating die type, which the roller is fixed and the flat die is rotating with the main shaft. The raw materials are generally soft wood or agricultural biomass waste, such as  pine, fir, cypress, larch, basswood, corn cobs & stalks, rice straw, cotton straw, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo powder, hemp fiber, waste paper, sunflower husk, etc. The diameter of pellets are 4,6,8,10mm. 

While R-type, the rotating toller pellet mill, is on the contrary, it means the roller is rotating with the main shaft and the flat die is fixed, it is the pro version of D-type. And it specially designed for hardwood as the raw materials, such as oak, birch, cypress, elm tree, basswood, cherry, larch, maple, poplar, etc. the capacity ranges from 80-800kg/h, which makes it suitable for industrial use.

The electric motor pellet press is composed of roller, die, adjusting bolt, oil filter hole, round nut, locking ring, hopper, main shaft, blade, electric control cabinet etc.  the electric motor makes the main shaft rotating, and there makes the friction between flat die and roller, which the temperature of friction can reach up to 80°C , then the roller compress the raw materials into the small holes of flat die, when pellets emerge on the other side of the die, the blade will cut them into the same length, thus, you can get excellent pellets.
