Pini Kay fuel briquettes are made from pre-dried crushed wood (sawdust) on a screw press under high pressure, followed by short firing.
Due to the use of a screw press, a high density (up to 1.4 kg/dm3) and the strength of briquetted solid fuel is achieved. The high density of wood briquettes provides resistance to mechanical stress, which allows them to be transported over long distances, prevents the destruction of fuel briquettes during combustion and allows them to be stored for a long time at a natural level of humidity.
In the production of fuel briquettes, auxiliary chemicals and adhesives are not used to increase the adhesion of crushed wood, since during the briquetting process, the lignin contained in the wood is released, which binds the fibers and increases the mechanical strength of the finished briquettes. Minimum order: 21 tons. 9000 RUB per 1 ton.
