PRODUCE AND REALIZE WOOD PELLETS IN MOSCOW

The production is located in Tverskoy region.

Equipment for the production of wood pellets - German. Press-granulyator has a flat matrix. Manufacturer press is Amandus Kahl Volume production - under 1500 tons per month. The amount and diameter of pellets (6mm or 8mm) is made lot-for-lot of customer. In Presence we have pellets with diameter 6 mm and 8 mm.

Quality of products:

raw material is sawdusts of coniferous breeds (fir-tree and pine spruce)

humidity - 8-9%

bulk density -670kg/in bulk kubm

calorific value (lcal/kg) of SS-ISO 1928):

- higher: working state - 4402, dry material - 4875

- lower: working state - 4070.

general sulphur: (SS 18 71 77) - 0,01%

Ash content - no more than 1,5%. of contents of bark - insignificant

Abradability - 98,7%

Packing. Basic packing - big-bags for 1 ton. shallow packing is possible to according to costomer choice.

Current cost of realization export trade in big-bags for 1 ton compound 80 EUR.
