DOCUMENT EXCHANGE:

Seller and Buyer shall exchange documents to prove their existence(INCLUDING THEIR PASSPORT

COPIES).

This shall be formal documents such as shipment documents, exportation license, formal SGS

certificate and any other certificate that will prove their existence as far as their company

limitations are not bridged. This will only be done after Buyer has fully signed this document

and is aware of the non circumvention & non disclosure statement enclosed here in.

SAMPLE:

According to article 26 of our company policy it is our obligation to provide our customers with

free samples so that they are satisfied with the product they are buying. This is to end us the

confidence we need before shipping our product on 100 % L/C. Note that customers will pay for

the Phytosanitary inspections and part of the transportation fee which we levy at $ 420

USD from 5kg of sample. This is because of our long standing contract with CAMPOST.

PAYMENT TERMS:

BLC & ARDLC Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Confirmed, Auto Revolving, Documentary Letter of

Credit payable 60% at sight at the loading port in our bank against presentation of shipping

documents as per shipment. And 40% T/T  against bank guarantee before goods are been prepared

for shipment,

DELIVERY:

Delivery to commence within 4 Bank workings days from receipt and confirmation of an operative

financial instrument and to be completed within contracted period. SPOT shipments to be advised

DISCHARGE RATE:

The Seller is responsible to arrange the Vessel as per destination port.

INSPECTION:

Quality, Quantity, Weight by SGS or Equivalent at Seller’s cost at port of loading only
