Requirement for industrial wood pellets

I have a requirement for industrial wood pellets as below:

Delivery: FOB vessel depending on port capacity or CIF AWSP (tba depending on port of loading).

Contract: over a 1-5yrs term based on price.

Specifications:

1. 6- or 8-mm diameter, and a length of up to 40 mm. A minimum density of 642 kg/m3 (40 lb/ft3) Diameter: 6.4 – 8.0 mm (1/4” – 5/16”)
2. Length: 38 mm (1 1⁄2”) maximum
3. Ash: <3.0% by weight Chlorides (salts):<300 ppm.
4. SBP Certified is necessary, FSC or PEFC preferred.

Quantity/volume: Minimum 25,000MT Shipments. Shipped in bulk form in 30 – 40,000 tonne ships.
