Seeking investment partner for a pellet company

We are a new start up pellet company with a Large feedstock we have a facility location timber contracts and ready to build  we are seeking a investor/ or partner / or venture group to help. We expect first year production to be 200,000 tons  2nd year 300,000 tons  85%will be yellow pine expansion will be looked at in 3rd or 4th year.
