Wood/Biofuel Pellet Mill Features:

1. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive,with an output of about 20% higher than belt drive,and the die adopts the quick removing clamps.

2. The bearings in the drive part of the machine made in Switzerland and Japan,which ensure high efficient and steady driving with low noice.

3. Stainless steel conditioner adopts special seal, steam is injected in the conditioner directly, so that it can fully contact the material inside.

4. The stainless steel die is made by international advanced German gun drill and vacuum furnace, has long service life and ensure pelleting in high quality.

5. The body part is cast in special technology with high accuracy. Advanced flexible coupling connects the motor and gear box with big compensation and steady driving.

6. Permanent magnet device and overload protection system is adopted to protect the main machine.

7. Adopt international advaned pipeline system and inlet pressure regulator.

8. The die and driving wheel adopt clamp structure, the door and discharging channel is made of stainless steel with long life and easy to assemble and unassemble.
