Selling pine wood pellets, ENplus A1, 15 kg bags, big-bags, from Netherlands

We are selling 100% pine wood pellets, shipped directly from our storage facility in UK.
Specifications:
- 100 % pine;
- moisture: 5.47 %;
- calorie: ≥ 4800 kcal / kg;
- ash: 0.2 - 0.5 %;
- shape: stick.
- color: light yellow / brown.
- average diameter: 6 mm.
- average length: 15 mm.

Packaging: 15 kg bags and big bag of 1000 kg.

Minimum order: 1 truck or 1 x 40 ft container.

Working Procedure for orders to be picked up:
1. Seller and buyer agree on price and quantity
2. Seller and buyer signs sales order confirmation
3. Buyer send truck(s) to loading location provided by buyer
4. Trucks come, trucks load and send confirmation to buyer
5. Buyer sends payment as agreed to seller before trucks leave loading point
NB: Buyer is also free to come along with the trucks to make deal in person

Working Procedure for orders to be shipped:
1. Buyer places order
2. Seller sends signed sales order confirmation
3. Buyer also signs the sales order confirmation and return it to seller
4. Seller loads cargo and sends bill of lading to buyer
5. Buyer tracks shipment on transport company website to confirm dispatch.
6. Buyer sends payment for order as instructed by seller
