We are interested in buying steam coal

To whom it may concern:
We are looking into purchasing steam coal with the initial quantity of 50,000 tons per month with further extension to 120,000 per month.
The specification for steam coal:
as received basis (unless otherwise stated)
moisture - 8%max >11% reject;
ash - 14%-16%max >18% reject;
volatile matter - 16%-30%max >30% reject;
sulphur (on dry basis) - 0.2%-0.5%max >1.0% reject;
HGI - 50 <50 reject;
NCV Kcal/kg (net as received) - 6.000min <5850 reject;
Chlorine (% on basis of 8%moisture) -0.01%-0.02% >0.04 reject;
size - 0-50mm

Price terms are as follows: CIF Adabiya Port, Egypt
FOB can be considered.
Contract duration: 2 years.
