We want to buy pine wood chips

We're a trading company mainly dealing with kinds of raw materials for paper production, including wood pulp, wood chips, cotton linter etc.

Current we have a big demand for softwood chips for paper pulp, see below the requirement:
 1. Commodity: softwood chips, pine wood chips etc
 2. Quantity: 20000-30000 BDMT per month
 3. Specification: 
 ​4. 8-40mm,no less than 90%
  oversize more than 40mm, no more than 5%
  undersize less than 4.8mm, no more than 3%
  bark and rotten, no more than 2%
 4. Discharge port: Rizhao port,Shandong (for bulk vessel) or Qingdao port(for container vessel)
 5. Payment term: L/C at sight
 6. Trade term: FOB loading port or CFR Qingdao or Rizhao
