We need a production team that is experienced in pellet manufacture, this team could be built or a JV could be entered into. For example, any business which is involved in pellet manufacture should contact me if interested in being the operational arm of the new pellet factory in Russia.
We will be producing for major off-takers and part of our funding requirement is that we have a recognised and reputable manufacturer on board as a partner. We are not looking for equity and will pay a tolling rate for their input as well as obviously covering the manufacturing costs.
