Wood pellets for home heating required

We are searching for a strong & reliable supplier to supply the entire Chilean market good quality Wood Pellet for Home Heating (household biomass stoves and boilers). We are expanding our operation in Chile for Wood Pellets distribution and looking for long term business partner.

What do we need ?  We are looking for a lower CIF price to Lirquen / Coronel.

If you want to work with our Company, we need your feedback in ALL 11 mandatory points below.

Our first “test order deal“ will be a 2 x 40 HQ fully loaded, aprox 26,5 Ton per Container, this make 53 ton aprox.

We can move forward very quickly with the first deal, as soon as you reply in full details with the below information: (A) Quotation, (B) Specifications & (C) Others

(A) Quotation

1.- CIF USD $ Price for POD per Ton: Coronel / Lirquen, both Chilean ports

2.- Name of Shipping Cargo for CIF terms.

Note: In case you work with a Freightforwarder  we need to know the charges that your Freight forwarding will be charging me in Chile, “local charges”. Note: Freight-forwarding sometimes charge high local charges in Chile, that is why I do request your confirmation.

3.- Commercial Terms

4.- Total Value of “test order deal“ (2 x 40 HQ fully loaded, in total 53 ton)

5.- Number of pallets and plastic bags per Container

(B) Specifications

6.- Type of packaging shall be any of 15/ 18 /20 kg in plastic bags

7.- Fumigated pallet with their respective seal (ISPM 15). All pallets shall be fumigated and sealed as ISPM 15.

8.- Share certificate of Wood Pellet specifications (Please also share Pictures of Pellets, as  We need to check the colour, & brightness)

9.- We need you to print your own Brand / logo on plastics bag (Please also share some pictures of other Customers printed labels).

(C) Others

10.- We will appreciate a separate quotation as SOC (Shipper's Own Container) terms. SOC  implies that a cargo container is owned by a consignee.
