Hard times for the companies which build wooden houses seem to have come
The situation on the market of wooden houses leaves to be desired. Last year the demand was significantly lower than in 2010. Although, any changes in price are hardly noticeable due to increased building price on wooden houses.
Experts report that even people with high income are reluctant to dare to fulfill their plans on buying a wooden house, putting off this idea for the future.
Large companies started to fire their staff while small companies artificially reduce the price of the work. The representatives of building companies say that sometimes clients come to them with their projects, the workers provide corresponding services and then the customer disappears. Sounds like “free workâ€, doesn’t it?
In addition, the cost of materials is constantly increasing. For example, the price for 1 cubic meter of wood has increased by about 100 UAH within a year.
What are companies to do? They try to make as much profit as possible on current orders.
The future of the market of wooden houses remains in question. Probably, Ukrainians believe that the traditional stone buildings are more reliable and less expensive than wooden houses.
Ukrainian operators are not accustomed to working in half capacity and economize on everything, that’s why many people confine themselves to a classic choice.
