This business plan considers the fulfillment of the project on fuel sawdust briquette production with usage of modern briquetting technologies in the West of Ukraine.

The summary introduces the initiator of the project, describes the structure of the business plan, its budget and the initial investing sums.
Section â€œInvestment attractiveness of the projectâ€ contains calculation of the expected net profit according to pessimistic and optimistic forecasts. There is also industrial attractiveness and payback of the project.
Section â€œPoductionâ€ describes the technology of brequetting. Here are technical characteristics and advantages of wood chips, charcoal and also fuel briquettes which are made of these raw materials. The equipment for fuel wood waste briquette production, its price and production capacity are presented.
Then there is the description of raw materials needed for fuel briquette production in Ukraine. The marketing plan of their sale is presented. The market for this production and its potential consumers are described. The demand and supply on the world market are analyzed. Itâ€™s concluded that today the need in such fuel prevails over the existing sales offers.
The investing plan of the project contains the world prices on wood and charcoal briquettes, their cost prices and intended wholesale rates at which project parties will sell their production.
Point â€œInvestment taskâ€ describes the tasks of the investing partner and the projectâ€™s initiator. The idea of the investment offer, distributions of shares and accordingly the profit on the Basic project stage are also presented.
The investment plan contains the form and order of depositing funds (from the projectâ€™s initiator and investorâ€™s sides), then the detailed description of their usage is given.
The financial plan describes the required equipment and its price, and other costs involved in the intended production process. After this the projectâ€™s payback and the expected net profit are presented.
The second section of the business plan contains a detailed description of all projectâ€™s stages implementation. The conclusion contains the total costs of the project and the conditions of its further development.
